In Ella’s Footsteps: The Golden Age of Swing This concert celebrates the swing era and the legacy of Montreal jazz. The Jazz Kartel and singer Nancy Burrows draw inspiration from the world of Ella Fitzgerald to recreate the vibrant atmosphere of vintage jazz clubs. Through stylish arrangements and personal interpretations inspired by the grand dame of jazz, this evening transports us to an iconic era when Montreal vibrated to the rhythm of swing.
