About this Event
The Staff Colleagues' Mental Health Workshop is an interactive training on how to support a colleague’s mental health developed in-house by Mind HK.
Supporting Staff Mental Health Workshop will cover:
- What does mental health look like for Hong Kong workforces
- Barriers to improving staff mental health
- Workplace mental health: Workplace stress and Burnout
- How managers/HR can support staff mental health
- Value exercise
- Role-plays and discussions
- Q&A
The sessions will run between 7pm-9pm. Refreshments will not be provided, but are available to purchase in the building.

Attendance at all sessions are required for certification.
