The presenter, Rev. Tara Eastman, currently serves as pastor atFirst Presbyterian Church of Warren after thirty years working in
social services, the arts, and ministry across New York State. She
is deeply committed to nurturing wholeness and healing through
preaching, teaching, writing, and advocating for a more just and
equitable world for all people. Rev. Eastman is a local member of
the Association of College Women, a presenter with the Soul
Shop Movement, and is currently studying Theopoetics at
Earlham School of Religion. She also hosts the Holy Shenanigans Podcast
A panel discussion about support and care for people impacted by suicidal desperation
will follow. Guest panelists include Victoria Eckert of Youth MOVE National, Gary Lester counselor for the Suicide Grief Support Group of Warren County, Carri Raynor from Suicide Prevention Alliance of Chautauqua County, and Dawn Samulson, Program
Director of National Equine Institute of Growth Through Healing.
