Please join us for this informational and interactive class! Susan Gerenz, M. Ed. will demonstrate how caregivers and children can use brain break activities, practical strategies that can be easily incorporated into daily routines, to improve memory, focus, and calming skills. The focus of the class is using self-regulation as the foundation for literacy. These strategies are helpful for ages 3 through 103. Please plan to bring your child to class so that you can practice a wide range of strategies together.
All attendees will receive a complimentary “On the 5’s” Resource Guide. No registration is required.
“On the 5’s” Resource Guide was made possible through the Striving Readers Comprehensive Literacy (NDSRCL) Grant through the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction and the U.S. Department of Education.
