On November 27, we will be introducing a series of culturally integrative and responsive resources that will focus on Muslim women and girls' safety. Attendees will receive free copies of the resources, alongside other freebies. This is a day you don't want to miss!
The resources we will be launching include:
? Is It Abuse? - Physical, Economic, Psychological, Sexual, Spiritual, and Verbal Abuse
? The 5 Alifs: Supporting A Loved One Who Discloses Abuse
? Being There: Checking In On A Loved One Experiencing Abuse
? Take Caring of Yourself: Balancing Care and Self-Care
These resources help Muslim women and girls identify experiences of abuse, validate impacts of abuse, and provide them with information about supports they can access. Our team has had these resources in the works for a few years and we are so elated to introduce this to our community ?
