Supporting Financial Independence: A Free Webinar for Supportive Adults of Autistic Adults
Join us for a free two-hour training designed for supportive adults (SAs) of autistic adults who want to better assist their child or dependent in mastering the fundamentals of budgeting. This interactive webinar is tailored to provide practical strategies and tools you can implement right away to support financial independence.
Participants will:
- Understand Budgeting Basics: Learn how to reinforce key concepts covered in our four-week “Budgeting Basics 101” program, such as tracking expenses, prioritizing needs, and building savings.
- Develop Effective Communication Skills: Discover how to discuss financial topics in ways that promote autonomy and confidence.
- Access and Share Resources: Explore apps, visual tools, and other resources that can make budgeting more accessible and relatable.
This training is also a great opportunity to explore how our full “Budgeting Basics 101” course can equip your loved one with hands-on experience and deeper insights into managing money effectively.
Who Should Attend: Parents, guardians, and other supportive adults of autistic individuals interested in fostering financial literacy and independence.
