In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, Supported Stillness is an invitation to pause.This 4-week restorative yoga series is designed to help your body deeply relax, release tension, and reset the nervous system through long-held, fully supported poses. Using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and gentle guidance, each class creates a space where the body can soften and the mind can settle.
Restorative yoga is not about stretching deeper or doing more. It’s about allowing the body to be supported enough that true rest becomes possible.
Each session will include:
• Gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system
• Supported restorative postures held for deep release
• Guided relaxation and meditation
• A quiet, grounding atmosphere to reconnect with yourself
