About this Event
Honor veterans for Veterans Day at the museum on Tuesday, November 11th. Join us at the museum anytime between 11 and 3 to put together care packages for hospitalized veterans.
We'll start the day with a moment of silence as we join National Tribute Ceremony at 11:11 AM.

What to bring:
- Toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable razors, sample size cans of shaving cream, deodorants/antiperspirants, lip balm, hand lotion, etc..)
- Socks (must be NEW packaged), slippers (store bought non-skid only), underwear (must be NEW packaged), warm hats, sizes for both men and women
- Games, puzzles (complete with all pieces if pre-owned)
- Books, including large print, (must be very clean, in good condition)
Can’t bring anything? Just bring yourself to make cards, thank you notes, and put the materials we already have together into packages.
