Largely hidden from view, FAMILY COURTS are centers of extreme corruption, epidemic violence, and the greatest human rights violations.
About this Event

Family Courts are notoriously secretive, like the Star Chamber in England, which was abolished four centuries ago. This secrecy has allowed for unchecked constitutional and human rights violations, which leading experts, advocates, and policymakers will attempt to examine and expose at this landmark national conference. Join us at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., on November 11 at 1-4 pm for this pivotal, eye-opening event!

MAJOR WASHINGTON CONFERENCE ABOUT SEVERE CORRUPTION IN FAMILY COURTS

The Family Court system in our country is seriously corrupt, extremely dangerous to families especially mothers and children, and opens the door wide to judicial criminality in ways few Americans are aware of or can even imagine unless they have experienced it. For the first time ever we are planning to hold a major national conference in Washington DC on 11 November that will expose the underlying realities about this extremely important but little understood subject.

One of the country's most esteemed Constitutional and human rights attorneys, Bruce Fein, will be giving the keynote address. Acclaimed Forensic Psychiatrist Bandy Lee who taught at the Yale Medical and Law Schools for 17 years is organizing the conference to be in the Ballroom of the National Press Club.

Dr. Lee has previously very successfully organized two major national conferences at the National Press Club focused on "The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump", the title of her best-selling book. The first was held before the 2020 election and was considered so important it was broadcast by C-Span in full for the entire 3 hours. The second held before the election last year had a full page in the influential Politico publication and featured 19 distinguished speakers including retired military Generals, a former Republican member of Congress, a former White House chief ethics lawyer in the Bush Administration, and many noted academic experts and public intellectuals who all came together not for political reasons but in the public interest.

As Dr. Lee has said: "I could not have imagined the violence and trauma coming out of the Family Courts just a few years ago. Now, after years of research and first-hand experience as an expert witness in nearly 70 cases across the country, I now recognize this as one of the most urgent public health crises of our day. Children and women are dying, and hundreds of thousands of lives are being destroyed for profit, year after year - and the public is in the dark because of gag orders and court seals."

Speakers and an anticipated large audience will be coming to the conference from throughout the country. Among the many speakers will be the Chairman of the Committee of the Arizona State Legislature investigating Family Courts and a member of the Committee of the Idaho State Legislature also investigating Family Courts. Dr. Lee herself was asked to speak at hearings this year held in both Arizona and Idaho about the corruption and dangers to families of Family Courts. Her testimony:

  • Arizona Testimony of Dr. Lee
  • Idaho Testimony of Dr. Lee

This new conference to be held in Washington, D.C., is designed to be a prelude to a major unprecedented Congressional Hearing which we will also be promoting. There is a great urgency to bring about major legal reforms to the Family Court system, possibly a total restructuring of the ways Family Court are allowed to operate which must include full transparency rather than total secrecy with proceedings under seal in closed courtrooms as is now the case.
