A safe, welcoming space for parents, adult children, and family members navigating estrangement, alienation, and the grief that comes with it.
Join us for this drop-in session for anyone experiencing estrangement or alienation within their family.
Estrangement is painful and isolating, whether you are a parent, adult child, sibling, or other family member. This drop-in provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space to share experiences, connect with others, and get support.
What to expect:
- Listening and peer support
- Opportunity to share your story or simply observe
- Practical coping strategies and resources
