The Menu

• Lobster + kosho croustade.
• Smoked aubergine flat bread.

• Dungeness crab tart, brown crab mayonnaise + sea herbs.

• Barbequed Spratsbourne lamb shoulder, smoked chilli dressing + chimichurri.
• Barley salad, soft herbs + citrus dressing.
• Runner beans with chilli + garlic.
• Charred courgettes + grelot onions.
• Flat bread brushed, lamb fat + rosemary.

• Kentish Strawberry tart, meadowsweet cream + elderflower.
