About this Event
Renew your CPCS credential with this 12-hour interactive training! The training includes the following workshops:
Licensure (Ethics) and Documentation Bootcamp: This ethics focused bootcamp addresses the widespread confusion surrounding licensure rules and provides participants with the clarity they need to confidently navigate regulatory requirements. Through engaging hands-on activities, case studies, and group discussions, participants will tackle a range of licensure-related scenarios, from general to complex issues, that supervisors encounter while guiding supervisees toward licensure. Emphasizing real-world application and advanced training, this workshop equips supervisors with the skills and knowledge to resolve ethical dilemmas, master best practices, and fulfill the supervision ethics hours required for CPCS renewal. This workshop will also cover best practices for documentation and marketing strategies to help supervisees build a strong professional presence while maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Utilizing Sandtray in Clinical Supervision: The use of Sandtray in clinical supervision provides a unique, non-verbal approach for exploring supervisees' emotional and professional challenges. By utilizing symbolic representations in the sand, supervisees can externalize internal processes, gaining deeper insight into therapeutic dynamics such as transference and countertransference. This creative method enhances self-awareness, promotes reflective practice, and supports problem-solving.
