Cultivate the power to step into the week with confidence and clarity. Expect to be guided through an intuitive vinyasa flow and a short meditation. Students can expect strength-building and fluid shapes, gentle heat, and flexibility.
This community gathering is FREE, but donations are welcome because of capitalism. Don't let it stop you if you don't have a yoga mat! Extra yoga mats and water are available.
