FAQ’s & HOUSEKEEPING:
1. Arrival and Ticketing:
Please ensure you arrive early with your tickets for the correct day ready to be scanned for easy registration check-in. Doors open at 5:30pm on Thursday/Friday and 1:30pm on Saturday. Tickets are valid for 30 minutes from doors opening time, after which ticket holders will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis.
While we strive to accommodate all attendees, late arrivals may result in limited seating availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
2. Seating Policy:
Seating will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for those present, if you would like to seat with a family member or friend, we encourage you to arrive promptly and together to secure your preferred seating.
3. Transportation and Parking:
The venue address is 4 High Elms, IG8 0UP. If you are driving to the venue, you can park for free at Sir James Hawkey Hall Car Park, which is a 5-minute walk away. The closest station is Woodford on the London Underground Central Line; it's a 10-minute walk to the venue or you can get Bus 275 from Woodford station [R] and alight at Mill Lane bus stop [W] which is a 3-minute walk to the venue.
4. Accessibility:
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please notify our Welcome team upon arrival if you require any assistance or accommodations.
5. Prohibited Items:
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are prohibited: weapons, illegal substances, food and drinks (in the auditorium).
6. Photography and Recording:
There will be Photography and recordings at the event. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by authorized personnel. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform our Welcome team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request by seating you in a camera free zone. Please be mindful of other attendees when taking photos or videos.
7. Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions provided by Events team and proceed to the nearest exit in an orderly manner.
8. Child Policy:
Children are welcome to attend the event on Saturday, we have set up a crèche in a nearby venue. (An email will be sent to parents that registered with the details of that).
There are limited spaces, so please register your child. Parents of babies in the auditorium should be mindful of other attendees during the event.
