After last year's powerful sequence of Full SuperMoon Release, SuperMoon Run 2.0 begins April 17th. A series of New SuperMoons this time, unseen in the sky, setting the rhythm of the months ahead.
The first new moon after the Spring Equinox ignites the spark of a new current. A moment of beginning, The Light has returned and the season has shifted.
On April 17, we gather for the first of FIVE New SuperMoon Gong Bath Meditations, opening a series building month by month toward the August solar eclipse, when intentions set over the five months will be even further amplified.
April's meditation centres on vision and intention. A quiet, steady space to clarify what is forming. To name what is ready, To stand at the beginning of something significant. The SuperMoon's presence will amplify the process, giving intentions extra weight in the season ahead.
Each Meditation in the five month New SuperMoon Arc stands complete on its own. Together, the five create a progression from vision to integration. Walking the full season magnifies the arc of transformation and manifestation.
Because of the longer than usual break between meditations and the significance of this first session, we will be holding TWO sessions on April 17th. Please note the earlier start time for the first session!!!
As always, we will open the evening with Ceremonial Cacao to enhance your meditative experience. Ceremonial Cacao is prepared with the highest grade cacao from Peru, and infused with specific healing intentions during preparation. You can then combine these intentions with your own, as you consume. Laurie will have her packaged cacao available in various flavours!
