Join me in my home studio for a nourishing superfood supper, glorious mocktails and dessert followed by a soothing sound bath.

All food will be vegan and gluten free, (will contain nuts unless specifically requested not to)
As always I am happy to share recipes with participants
Booking essential and will close on Friday 10th October to allow time for me to collect and prepare food!

Parking is free but limited on a Sunday in my residential street and adjacent ones but there is always space at the leisure centre a couple of minutes walk. 5 mins from tram stop, 2 mins from Titchfield St bus stop ✨
