Noon: Georgia Parker (Austin TX) and Hunter Burgamy (New Orleans, LA)

1:30 pm The Lonesome Heroes, led by Brooklyn born and bred Rich Russell - long time Austin Texas Troubador.

"Superfine’s always a great destination for Sunday brunch with live music from 12 to 3:30. in their spacious loft-style restaurant under the Manhattan Bridge. Superfine serves brunch classics as well as huevos rancheros, enchiladas suizas, and pork chop & eggs. Info about reservations here." BEST BRUNCH SPOTS - Brooklyn Bridge Parents.

Georgia Parker holds the Ameripolitan Award for Western Swing Female of 2020.

A Hill Country Texan through and through, her sound is of a quality and character that can only be acquired over many years of listening to country greats like Willie Nelson, Cindy Walker, and Bob Wills. As a young musician she spent much of her time at her family’s country home in Boerne, Texas, situated on the Guadalupe River. Her time as a naturalist and survivalist instructor made her deeply connected with the outdoors, a connection that is reflected in her stripped-down acoustic sets and her timeless musical style.

Hunter Burgamy is a guitarist and banjoist from New Orleans, Louisiana. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, he is a recent graduate of Berklee College of Music, where he studied music business on a full Berklee City Music® scholarship.

Burgamy has performed at many festivals and venues internationally, including the Reykjavik Blues Festival, Yokohama Jazz Promenade, New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, and JoJazz Festival in Cuba. In performance and recording, he has been featured with Bonnie Raitt, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Bruce Molsky, and Steve Morse.

The Lonesome Heroes comprise Georgia, Hunter, and Rich Russell and have been dancing the line between indie, country, and Americana sounds for nearly two decades in Austin, Texas. Seasons Change paints a picture of sonic and scenic landmarks - a mural of musical influences inspired by interstate miles. Restless rock & roll, lackadaisical honky-tonk and a modern take on Cosmic American Music all converge here in the sixth album of the Heroes discography.
