The fourth annual Super Sam's 5K & Dino Dash in honor of our favorite super-hero, Sam Pampel, is happening Saturday November 2nd, 2024 at Bachman Lake Park in Dallas, TX. Come and celebrate Sam with us! In person or virtually.

Super Sam's 5K @10:30am 5K loop around Bachman Lake
Awards and Party following race : Live Music, Bounce Houses, Rec Games, food, drinks and more!
5K Medals awarded to Overall Top Male & Female 5K finishers, First and second place for both male and female timed 5K finishers 26-49 and 50+. First, Second and Third place awarded to both male and female timed 5K finishers for Under 13, and top 3 Virtual 5K finishers.
