In this upcoming circle, we would like to invite you to join us in community as we tend to not just the physical wellness of our upper bodies through self-massage/stretching techniques, but also explore through writing what stories have we been living by that are ready to be rewritten, and what intentions are we ready to set that expand our minds and voices.This reoccurring monthly New Moon circle serves as a space to reset from the month before and find some stillness within your system, around community members that are looking for the same thing. There is healing power in being witnessed and supported in whatever is alive on our hearts and in our lives.
Each month's circle agenda will be based off the collective energetic needs and astrological themes of the New Moon. They may include journal prompts, visual meditations, somatic embodiment exercises, intention setting, reiki for the group, and more!
Feel free to bring your favorite vessel for tea, journal, blanket or anything else you will need to be comfortable & supported.
