We’re so excited to be leading these breathworks in Boone.
Super Glow Breathwork is a powerful journey that’s brought healing & transformation to thousands of people around the world since 2017.
The intention for this breathwork is to heal anything that comes between you and deeply resting in this timeless loving presence.
This is rejuvenative, regenerative space to surrender and unlock a deeper layer of your innate innocence. We invite you to continue the journey with us in community for this special breathwork journey.
Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and anything else you might want to be comfortable (blanket…). The workshop space is on the second floor and accessible via a staircase. Please take off your shoes in the reception area downstairs. Please register online in advance.
In this workshop we will be utilizing the scientifically proven, potent, and effective modality of breathwork to unveil and release stagnancy lingering in the body, mind, and spirit.
By opening ourselves to the power of breath we are able to naturally remove these energetic blockages, making available a clearer psyche and creative life force.
This practice is transformational, insightful, a pathway for infinite possibility, and heightened consciousness, & communion with the Higher Power (God).

Breathwork is a safe & simple experiential process. This practice is available to everyone regardless of ability, age or experience.
We will use a connected & conscious breathing rhythm called “circular breath” to flood the body with O2. In addition, you will be supported with our renowned, hands on healing during the session. This breathwork journey will last for approximately 65 minutes and will be accompanied by a powerful musical playlist to assist the journey. There will be an opening & closing circle, before and after, to share intentions, guidance, reflections & answer questions.
*Wear loose & comfortable clothing so that you can breathe & move without restriction.
*You may wish to bring some water in a sealed container.
Location is a private residence in downtown Boone - The address will be given to you upon registering.
Can’t make it? Feel free to use your purchased ticket(s) as a credit towards any of our monthly Breathworks.
