Super Gentle Chair Yoga at Goodwood

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting in a chair or standing on the ground using the chair for support.

In this 50-minute class, traditional focused breathing techniques and meditation are practiced with modified yoga movements and sequences helping to reduce stress, increase range of motion, and develop strength and flexibility.

This super gentle yoga session is perfect for beginners and diverse mobilities; Laundry Cottage is handicap accessible. You will not need to get on the floor in this class.
