Park at -
Grayce K. Barck N.Park 205 Sapphire Rd, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169(no charge for parking in the evening)
✨There is more parking along Sapphire Rd. in the grass and 2nd parking area on Peninsula Ave.
We will start around 6:30pm and end 7:30ish
?What to bring?
Blankets or sheet,yoga blocks or straps,beverage,your friends & family❣️If you don't want to be on a blanket in the sand bring a chair. You will still enjoy the meditation with breath work.
?Wear comfortable clothes with layers (hoodie) & bring an extra blanket if you chill easy, it may be a lil' breezy!
This event is always more fun as a couple or group.Children are always welcome,I encourage you to set up near the back?
