On this SUP Yoga and Paddling Adventure at Lake Arthur, you will start with paddling instruction and getting comfortable on your board. You will then be led on a guided eco-tour. Next, you will paddle to an on-water yoga studio tucked away in a hidden bay, drop anchor and begin a practice (suitable for any experience level!)No experience in yoga or SUP is necessary! Beginners to Advanced WELCOME
