Do you have an inflatable SUP? Are you keen to get more out of your padding this summer?Let’s play SUP BALL! The session will start with a warm up paddle and some skills and drills – THEN IT’S ON!
Basic paddling experience is required. BYO SUP, paddle and leash. Boards must be pumped up before session starts with the correct PSI.
Bring water, towel, change of clothes, sense of humour
What is SUP BALL?
Two teams of 4 or 5 players in each team compete to score the most goals. Similar rules and objective to netball. Best of 3 or 5 games. Lots of laughing, yelling, falling. It’s fast, furious and fun!
Watch your skills develop to a new level! There are RULES and it’s a non-contact activity (mostly).
It’s a spectator’s sport too – they will think we’re mad and have a giggle or two!
