This is the perfect way to start your day. Kicking off bright at 8am on Saturday, Hatha yoga class runs for one hour in the beautiful Bert Wright Park, followed by a healthy breakfast, filled with love to be enjoyed in the park. With a gentle flow and variations to challenge yourself, this class is suitable for all levels. Please bring along a yoga mat, sunglasses and a bottle of water. After the class, a delicious light breakfast will be served in the stunning local park.
