Join us every other Sunday this summer for SUP yoga and paddleboarding, followed by floating meditation, wood-fired sauna and herbal tea.
Each session includes:
- 60-minute guided SUP yoga + paddleboarding
- Floating meditation
- Wood-fired sauna with tea and sunset views
Move, slow down, and spend your Sunday evening outside.
