The yoga flow will wake up your body and quiet your mind. Reiki will flow through the breath work and meditation session, taking you into a state of deep relaxation.

February 22 carries the energy of repeated 2s, a number often associated with balance, harmony, and meaningful connection. We'll honor that energy together. Class will be a subtle reminder to slow down, tune in to gentle alignment, and move with intention.

Enjoy the sunset and beautiful forest views. Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that could support your comfort during practice.
