About this Event
Experience yoga like never before. Forget the four walls of a studio. Join us for an evening where mindfulness meets the pasture. As the sun begins to set over the Rhode Island horizon, we’ll move through a rejuvenating one-hour yoga flow surrounded by the gentle, curious presence of our resident llamas.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this class is about connecting with nature, finding your center, and embracing the unexpected joy that only a llama can bring to a downward dog.
What to Expect:
• The Arrival: Come early to settle into the peaceful farm atmosphere.
• The Flow: A 60-minute guided yoga session suitable for all levels. Focus on breath, balance, and taking in the golden hour glow.
• The Meet & Greet: We’ve carved out dedicated time both before and after class for you to meet the herd. Find your favorite llama, learn their names, and snap those once-in-a-lifetime photos.
• The Vibes: Total relaxation with a side of llama-induced smiles.
Details:
• Bring: A yoga mat (one you don't mind getting a little "outdoorsy"), a water bottle, and your camera.
• Wear: Comfortable clothes you can move in—and perhaps layers, as the air cools down once the sun dips.
• Note: No prior yoga experience is necessary! Just bring an open heart and a sense of adventure.
Space is limited to ensure a peaceful environment for both humans and animals. Grab your spot and get ready for a sunset you’ll never forget!
