Join us in either Oronoco Bay Park or Potomac Yard Park for a grounding, all-levels flow as the sun begins to set. This class is designed to help you shake off the day, reconnect with your body, and ease into the evening feeling calm, clear, and recharged.
Each session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretching—accessible for beginners but still satisfying for experienced yogis. As the sky shifts into golden hour, you’ll experience the simple luxury of moving outdoors, surrounded by nature and community.
