Join us for 45 minutes of outdoor yoga in the beautiful Pocket Park outside of New Ridge Brewing in Roxborough! For ALL levels! Never stretched before? No problem! Tune in to your body and give yourself the gift of greater mobility.
You'll be surrounded by plants, murals, the bustle of this lovely neighborhood, and a beautiful sunset!
Please arrive a few minutes early if possible, and bring water, bring your own mat, and a playful spirit!
I will bring some yoga blocks, but if you have your own props that you like to use, please bring them. I do have a couple of extra yoga mats as well, but please send me a message or include a note during checkout if you need one so I can make sure that I have enough: [email protected]
