Sunset Yoga for Mamas at the Compound w/ Live Music

What to expect:

• a gentle yoga practice to nourish your body, mind, and spirit - led by yoga teacher and mom Emily Meersand
• live music by Raquel Norland
• meeting and connecting with other mamas
• meditation in an epic setting, on the lawn, under the palms, while the sun sets over the ocean in front of you

Who is this class for:

• any mama or mama to be!
• prenatal/postnatal women

• this practice is designed for women who are pregnant, postpartum, or moms of any age looking to reconnect to their body

• mamas who are looking to build connection and community through motherhood

• your new babies are invited, too!

Where & when:

• The Compound: an oceanfront oasis on Oahu’s North Shore. Enjoy watching the sunset over the ocean as you soak in the bliss of your practice. You will receive the address and directions after your spot is reserved.
