Sunset Yoga Flow at NoMo Hotel Rooftop with Luna Castilho
Come join us for a rejuvenating evening of yoga under the beautiful sunset at NoMo Hotel Rooftop SoHo. Let Luna Castilho guide you through an open level vinyasa flow as you take in the stunning views from the hotel rooftop. Unwind, stretch, and find your inner peace as you breathe in the fresh air and soak up the last rays of the day. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
The class starts with a gentle breath work, setting up the intention for practice, followed by a dynamic flow building up to a peak pose, ending with long grounding stretches on the mat . You can expect powerful flow, somatic release, silly moments of fun, combined by mindful contemplations and grounding experiences. Working the body, mind, soul and spirit! All levels are welcome!
The class will be held on the Penthouse Terrace on the 26th floor, weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, the class will be held inside the Gallery.
Class starts at 7pm, arrive a few minutes early (10 min if possible) to sign the waiver and get grounded.
