Sunset Yoga FLOW
Join Life Time La Jolla for a FLOW practice at The Wedding Bowl as we watch the sun set over the ocean. This in-person event is perfect for all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out. Let the sound of the waves and the glow of the setting sun guide you through a relaxing flow. Don't forget to bring your mat and water bottle for this outdoor experience. Come unwind and find your inner peace with us!
This is a donation based class raising money for Ride of a Life Time (Life Time Foundation x Children's Miracle Network) and Rady's Children's hospital.
