Join Scott on Friday evening 17th January for another summer pop-up yoga class at the beach!Let’s make the most of this gorgeous summer weather and take our practice outdoors to stretch, flow and breathe in the fresh ocean air. Location will be Largs Bay SA (Meeting spot at the grass area near the Osborne Foreshore Playground along Lady Gowrie Drive, Osborne (down the road from Largs Jetty). There is parking here as well as along the street.).
Arrive from 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start right down on the sand! Bring along your yoga mat and share this beautiful evening in nature with your friends, family, and fellow soul community!
We invite you to bring along your bathers for a fresh ocean swim post class if that’s your thing!
Scott specialises in a strong, structured vinyasa flow and his classes are accessible for all levels with modifications and intensifications to suit everyone.
Scott will also be serving up coffees from his coffee van after class for those looking to hang around (or takeaway!), as well as sharing his homemade jewellery for those looking to treat themselves or find gifts for loved ones.
Tickets are required to attend the class:
General Admission: $20
Soul Member: $15
