Join us for a Sunset Vinyasa Flow (Level 2+) designed to awaken the body, steady the breath, and clear the mind as the day winds down. Together we’ll move through a dynamic, breath-driven sequence that builds warmth, strength, and mobility while creating space to release the day and arrive fully in the present moment.
Options and modifications will be offered throughout, making the practice accessible for both newer students ready to explore and more experienced yogis alike. DC yoga legend Meredith Brotherton will be leading this class.
Yoga on Connecticut, a community yoga project in partnership with Van Ness Main Street, is excited to offer yoga for the neighborhood—creating a space where movement, mindfulness, and community can come together.
This is a donation-based class, and a portion of the proceeds will be shared with the NW Food Bank, supporting an important resource in our community. If you would like to contribute directly to the food bank, they are currently asking for donations of pet food, which will be collected and shared with those in need.
Please arrive a little early to allow time to get settled and set up your space before class begins.
