Sunset Sunday Beach Circles are soulful gatherings held at the shoreline to celebrate connection, reflection, and renewal🌊As the sun dips below the horizon, we gather in a circle to share breathwork, movement, meditation, and intention-setting. These circles offer a peaceful space to unwind, recharge, and embrace the healing energy of nature and community 🌿
We always end with a mocktail toast set the tone for the week ahead!
