Sunset Sunday Beach Circles are soulful gatherings held at the shoreline to celebrate connection, reflection, and renewal. As the sun dips below the horizon, participants come together in a circle to share breathwork, movement, meditation, and intention-setting.
These circles offer a peaceful space to unwind, recharge, and embrace the healing energy of nature and community.
We always end with a mocktail toast to set the tone for the week ahead!
Energy Exchange: $25
Please bring:
A yoga mat or beach mat
Towel and/or sheet
Water bottle
Sunscreen/Bugspray
Sunglasses or Hat
Anything else that will make you comfy!
