You're invited to Sunset Stretch + Flow in the Park with Downtown Dallas Inc. – a serene weekly movement series at Harwood Park.Unwind with a rejuvenating sunset yoga session in the tranquil green space of Harwood Park. Your ticket includes a 45-minute stretch and flow class led by expert instructors, followed by a relaxing post-class social with our amazing wellness vendors. Connect with the community, enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, and embrace the calming energy of the sunset.
Hydration is provided by BODYARMOR, electrolyte samplers by Ultima, and a BYO-skincare travel kit from CeraVe, along with other goodies from our partners. The class takes place in the open lawn near the stage.
Check-in begins at 6:30 PM, and the class starts promptly at 7 PM. After class, you are welcome to stay and mingle, visit our vendors, and enjoy the evening vibes.
Street parking is free after 6 PM at parking meters. There’s also a paid parking garage on Harwood Street, located at the corner of Jackson and Harwood St. Remember to bring your mat, water, and a light layer for the evening chill!
