Whether you've experienced many meditative soundbaths or have always been curious about them- this is the event for you - open to ANY and EVERYONE!
Are you in need of a moment to relax and restore your mind, body and spirit?
Maybe you have been experimenting with meditation but have difficulty quieting your mind?
The beauty of a sound bath is that you need no prior knowledge of meditation, sound frequencies etc - all you need to do is show up and be ready to receive beautiful resonant sounds that will bring your mind and body into a meditative state while you simply sit or lie down and relax.
Some of the benefits of a Sound Bath include:
•Improved mood: Sound baths can trigger emotional releases that can help improve your mood and mental clarity.
•Reduced stress: The soothing sounds of a sound bath can calm your nervous system and lower stress hormones like cortisol.
•Better sleep: The resonant sounds of a sound bath can change your brainwave patterns, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.
•Enhanced meditation: The immersive sounds can take your brain to a state of entrainment which naturally brings you into meditation.
•Increased clarity and creativity
•Balance, align, and clear blockages in the Chakra and Meridian energy systems
And sooo much more!!!
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat (if you have one), anything else you may need to be comfortable (sweater, blanket, pillow) and an open-mind!
Limited yoga mats, blankets, pillows, etc will be available for use.
This is a donation based event - the suggested donation is $11-$22 but anything you can contribute will be graciously accepted and appreciated.
Can't wait to meet you!!
Namaste - Heather
