Sunset Sound Bath

Join me for an intimate sunset sound bath designed to help you unwind, regulate your nervous system, and reset before the week ahead.
As the sun begins to set, you will be immersed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments in a warm, light filled loft space. This is a pure sound immersion. An hour to lie down, soften, and receive.
You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed, and more connected to yourself.
This experience is intentionally limited to keep the container intimate and supportive.
Please bring a yoga mat. You are welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable and cozy.

A limited number of cushioned mat upgrades are available to enhance your comfort during the experience.

Please plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
