SOULFUL SUN SESSIONS
As the sun begins to set, we move.
Join us for the very first summer social, an evening designed to bring people together through pilates, yoga, music, and good energy. Expect a feel-good flow that blends mindful movement with an uplifting atmosphere as golden hour turns into dusk.
We’ll start with a guided pilates session suitable for all levels, soundtracked by upbeat music to keep the energy light, social, and inspiring. Afterwards, stay to unwind with refreshing drinks, meet new people, and soak in the sunset atmosphere.
