Come join us for a relaxing evening of pilates and sound bath meditation at beautiful Mesa Park! Let's unwind and rejuvenate together as we stretch our bodies with a soothing sunset backdrop. No experience necessary - all levels are welcome. Just bring a yoga mat, water, and an open mind. See you at 5401 Mesa Park Dr for a peaceful evening in nature!

We will be in the center of the park, right across from the playground so make sure to park towrds the back of the park :)
