Hey photographers! Are you ready to capture some absolutely magical winter photos? Join me for a super fun and friendly workshop at beautiful Edmonds Beach!
We're going to dive into the beautiful art of long exposure photography right as the sun dips below the horizon. Here's what's on the agenda:
- 🌊 Silky Smooth Waters: I'll teach you all my secrets for setting your camera to transform the waves into that stunning, dreamy, milky-smooth look.
- 📐 Captivating Compositions: We'll talk about how to frame your shots, choose the perfect focal range, and see the world like a pro.
- 🌈 Amazing Sunset Colors: Learn exactly which in-camera settings will make those brilliant winter sunset colors truly pop in your photos!
- ✨ Ferry Light Trails: After the sun says goodnight, the fun continues! I'll guide you through a long exposure technique to capture the incredible, streaking lights of the ferries passing by—pure magic!
Here’s the Important Gear Scoop:
- A Tripod is a MUST-HAVE! Seriously, you can't do these awesome long exposures without a steady tripod, so please be sure to bring one!
- Bonus Gear (If you have it!): Polarizer filters, ND (Solid Neutral Density) Filters, and/or GND (Graduated Neutral Density Filters) are great to have, but not required. I’ll send out a full gear list once you register!
Keep Cozy! It's going to be chilly by the water, so dress warm in layers, hats, and gloves! 🧣🧤
