Join us for Sunset Park Yoga sponsored by Luz Divina Wellness!
This is a vinyasa style yoga class suitable for individuals of all levels! This class is meant to stretch, strengthen, and lengthen all major muscle groups. Watch the sunset, connect with community, and start your week off on the right path. Donation of $10 per person to register.
When? Every Monday at 6:30pm
Where? Margaret Pace Park, behind the basketball courts
What to bring? Yoga mat, water bottle, towel (optional)

About the teacher:
Jennifer Arrastia is a certified vinyasa- based yoga instructor in the heart of Miami, Florida. She stumbled upon the practice 7 years ago and has implemented yoga into her day-to-day routine. Jen believes in connecting the mind, body, and spirit through movement and inspires her community to do the same. She founded her first company , Luz Divina Wellness, in October of 2022 where she co-hosts private and public wellness events and workshops throughout different venues in Miami.
