Join us for an evening of gentle somatic movement and guided breathwork as the sun melts into the horizon over the Gulf.
This class is designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels grounding and deeply restorative. Through slow, intentional movement and conscious breathing techniques, we’ll unwind physical tightness, calm mental chatter, and shift out of the stress response and into a state of ease.
The rhythm of the ocean, the warmth of the sunset, and the support of community create the perfect environment to slow down and reset. This is not a high-intensity workout — it’s a mindful, embodied experience that meets you exactly where you are. All levels are welcome.
Expect:
- Gentle somatic movement to improve mobility and body awareness
- Breathwork to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system
- Space to decompress from the week
- A grounding closing practice as the sky changes colors
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected — both to yourself and the natural world around you.
