About this Event
Watch the sunset, breathe in the ocean air, and regulate your nervous system in welcoming community.
What are We Doing? We gather and chat for a few minutes before being led into a 20 or 30 minute meditation. No experience required. You may sit or lay down. Sometimes we have sound healing or gentle movement added in. This session is to check in with self, relax your nervous system, and return to calm and presence each week.
Who is this for? This is for loving beings who value nervous system regulation and conscious community. Perfect to release stress, re-center, and expand your capacity to move through life with more ease and grace.
Bring: Most comfortable if you bring something to sit on.
Exchange: This is a free community offering. 💜 If you feel called, a $10 donation is welcomed with gratitude.

Sometime the park if filled with groups, so ask for Casey to confirm you're in the right place. *Please kow there will be incredible substitute teachers from 3/24-5/5.
