We’re back at Mt. Trashmore every Thursday evening for our signature sunset walk — the perfect way to move your body, clear your mind, and take in those golden hour views. Let’s get those steps in together.
📍 Meet-up location:
Mt. Trashmore Park
310 Edwin Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23462
Meet at the flagpole by the bathrooms.
👟 Walk details:
• Distance: 1.8–5.4 miles (1 loop = 1.8 miles, we’ll do 1–3 loops depending on your ability).
• Terrain: paved / easy.
• Pace: social / moderate (we’ll regroup as needed).
• Optional: We’ll do some stairs if you’re able.
🌦 Weather note:
If it’s raining, storming, too hot, or unsafe, we’ll post an update and reschedule.
🎒 What to bring:
Water + comfy shoes. If we’re out near dusk, bring a headlamp or flashlight and wear something reflective.
🐶 Dogs and kids in strollers are welcome.
