This summer Sunset Kids is hosting a fun-filled “day camp” for any kid in the Nolensville area to help them get connected to a Christian community.Details at a glance:
Who: Any about-to-become (in the fall) K-5th grader in the world + Parent and Teen Volunteers
What:
-Sunset Kids Adventure Camp is a week of fun and Christian-community-building for kids.
-We will learn about how we are “Trailblazers: Following Jesus on the Adventure of Faith,” with corresponding thematic elements of hiking, camping, maps, compasses, outdoors, etc. Kids will experience a week of connecting with community through devotions, musical worship, crafts, and team-building games.
-We will also explore outside our church property for: movie theater, ice-skating rink, bowling alley, swimming pool, service project, PLUS a BIG SURPRISE TRIP! (Surprise to the kids, not to you! Will disclose details as we get closer).
When: July 27 - 31st (Monday through Friday) from 8am to 5pm daily.
Where: Drop off and pick up at Sunset Hills Baptist Church (1635 Sunset Road, Brentwood TN). We will be driving in our bus to various locations from the church (commercial licensed driver will be operating the bus).
Why: We hope that every kid in our town can become transformed by believing they are God’s “beloved”. Extended time together learning the basics of what it means to be a follower of Jesus is a great way for this to occur.
How to sign up: Complete the online below registration form and pay $150/kid via the credit card payment option in the form. If your kid is only able to make it certain days, please pay $30/kid for each day they will be joining. Limited spots available, so sign up today!

Other Notes:
-Waiver will need to be filled out by a parent at drop off. These will be available and ready for parents to sign at in-person registration on Day 1.
-Simple breakfast will be provided each day (waffles, butter, sausage, fruit, cereal, milk, bagels, etc.).
-Kids will need to bring from home each day:
-Bible (we have extras if need be)
-Clothing for playing outside
-Clothing for swimming/getting wet
-Closed-toe shoes
-Shoes for water (sandals, crocs, water shoes, etc. Flip flops are not the best for this)
-Reusable water bottle
-Sack lunch (snacks are provided)
-Medications (if required)
-All adult volunteers will be vetted and background checked by Sunset Hills Baptist Church prior to the event date.
-Some of the day’s trips are subject to change. We will provide updates as we near the event about the specifics of our daily trips.
-If you need to drop off your child late or pick them up early, just let us know and we will coordinate. We plan to be back at the church from our daily adventure by 3:30pm at the latest each day.
