Join Outdoor Chattanooga for a guided and equipped kayak tour, paddling through the Tennessee River Gorge. This peaceful evening adventure offers a unique perspective of the Gorge’s dramatic landscape during a leisurely paced and peaceful paddle to watch the colorful skyline as the sun sets beyond the horizon.�Cost is $35 per person which includes guides on the water and all the kayaking equipment (kayak, paddle, PFD, and lights). This kayak tour is appropriate for ages 14+ when accompanied by an adult. We utilize 14' recreational kayaks for this tour, which are sit-in style kayaks. We recommend you do not exceed 280 lb weight limit for your personal comfort and safety. Some prior kayaking or paddling experience is helpful but not required to participate in this tour. OC provides beginner friendly programming. Instructors will offer basic paddling instruction, equipment including illumination, return shuttle, and provide on-water support throughout the duration of the tour, which lasts approximately 2 hours.��Registration and payment are required in advance, opens 3 weeks in advance the program date.
