These 1950s single-family houses will remind you of cigarettes and cocktails. Platted in 1953, this subdivision of 94 homes on Madison’s west side established deed restrictions that required architect-designed “Modern” homes of high style and high quality. Attached garages only!Tour Details

Length: Approximately 1 hour
Cost: $10 Adult, $5 Student, FREE for MTHP Members.
Ticket sales close 24 hours before the tour start time.

Reservations are required. As a courtesy to guests on the waitlist, please cancel your ticket(s) if your plans change.
We are no longer accepting cash/check at the tour. Bathroom facilities are not available on the tour.

To cancel your tour ticket(s), please contact us directly or cancel on your Eventbrite tour confirmation email at least 24 hours prior to your tour. You must cancel 24 hours prior to your tour to receive a refund.
Cancellations by The Madison Trust: A tour may be cancelled for extreme weather or lightening. We will alert guests at least four hours in advance by email. Purchased tickets will be refunded.
When buying online tickets, you will notice that the Eventbrite fees are included in the ticket price. As a small nonprofit, our seasonal tours are a fundraiser and incorporating in their fees helps us continue these informative and enjoyable tours.
